The Modern Constructions started as a structural design practice and grew into a full consultancy after watching the same problem repeat on site after site: a structural engineer signs off a design, a separate contractor reinterprets it, and a separate coordination team catches the clashes too late. We built our services — Structural Engineering, Turnkey Construction and BIM — so that one consultancy could own that entire chain, or step into any single link of it.
We work with residential developers, commercial owners, institutions and public-sector clients across Andhra Pradesh, from our office in Kurnool.
