Modern Constructions was established by MD Ismail to address a persistent industry challenge: the disconnect between design, construction, and coordination. We built our services—Structural Engineering, Turnkey Construction, Interior Design, and BIM—to ensure seamless collaboration, fewer clashes, and greater efficiency, owning the entire chain or stepping into any single link of it.
